I’m Amit Khurana, Licenced Mortgage Agent with CENTUM Indigo Mortgage Corp.

Mortgages has always been my passion, so I decided to gain some banking experience and train as a mortgage professional. Once I got my qualifications, I joined a mortgage brokerage "Centum Indigo Mortgage" in the GTA, six years ago.
Over the past couple of years, I’ve noticed that it has become more challenging to secure a mortgage due to new rules such as the stress test and B-20 Regulations. The number of mortgage agents has also increased, which has made the market more competitive.
To stay relevant, I keep things simple, and as an individual, I believe what sets me apart from the others is my honesty and getting tough deals done. Besides, my transparency builds tremendous rapport with clients, and they trust me to provide sound advice and best rates.
I also attribute my success in supporting my clients throughout the entire process so that they feel confident in making informed decisions. Consequently, when I’m able to create optimum solutions that save my clients thousands of dollars, it fills me with immense satisfaction.
It’s rewarding when clients realize the amount of money they are saving by taking a mortgage from me. They often thank me for helping them achieve their dream of homeownership, and the icing on the cake is when I witness their happy kids say, “this is my room.”
My efforts in helping clients have seen me win the prestigious Centum Gold Optimus Award in 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019, as well as the Centum Silver Optimus Award in 2014 and 2015.
When I am not securing lenders for my clients, my hobbies include watching movies, swimming, and enjoying the beach. I also like to spend quality time with my family and friends.
