He was very polite and very pleasant to work with. The reason for 3 star he gave false hope till the last min and we had to extend it for which the builder charged me extra. Another major setback was we agreed at 1% and later towards the end he was very adement, demanded 2% and said either I have to pay 2% or he will cancel the deal. I was in a very bad situation. I was expecting him to be different than any other broker but turn out to be typical mortgage broker. I would want to give him 2 star for such conduct but I wanted to fair in my review by giving him 3 star because he atleast got the work done.
